Responsibilities Provide, advise, coordinate and manage all aspects of support and contract duties, as delegated by the Program Manager. Act on behalf of the Program Manager in his absence and when directed by the Program Manager. Ensure Site Supervisors are managing assigned personnel appropriately. Advise the Program Manager on any program issues; keep the Program Manager informed. Serve customers (external and internal) by focusing on quality as it relates to the customer; anticipating-understanding customer needs and expectations; responding expeditiously to customers' questions, requests, and concerns; and satisfying customer needs and expectations. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience on programs that employ a minimum of 75 people. Minimum of 3 years experience in the customer service field. Ability to obtain and maintain an Top Secret-SCI security clearance. Be physically able, within certain specifications, to perform all duties and functions required for the position.
