Progressive Leasing Financial Analyst in Draper, Utah

Under the direction of the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, the Financial Analyst will compile and analyze various data points, building financial models, and analyzing financial trends to ensure dollars and cents, make sense. Understanding KPI's is essential for this role. This position will be much more than just running and analyzing financial reports.

What You’ll Do:

  • Aggregate large financial data sets into comprehensive, and understandable sales reports

  • Construct and review sales models

  • Analyze various data and create sales pipelines - providing strategic recommendations to leadership teams

  • Provide support to Senior Leadership by consulting on their business needs

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Sales Analytics preferred (MBA a Plus)

  • 1-2 years of experience in a business analytics, financial modeling, and data warehousing

  • Proficient knowledge with all Microsoft products, specifically Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint

  • Proficient in database languages specifically SQL and Python

  • Strong understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing

  • In-depth understanding of business KPI's

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively review and provide an accurate, well-organized deliverable in a time-conscious fashion

  • Superior verbal and written communications skills with the ability to concisely communicate statistical information

  • Proven collaborative work style, with a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility and partner with internal co-workers

  • Ability to organize and complete multiple high-priority projects on schedule under tight deadline
