We are looking for a dedicated Product Manager who wants to work for one of Utah's Most Admired Companies. The Product Manager is responsible for the continuous improvement of business intelligence products. The Product Manager must be able to develop roadmaps across multiple products and have excellent business and systems knowledge,communication,and interpersonal skills. Develop process for BI project intake,high level requirements gathering,prioritization and status reportingManage UAT efforts focusing on data accuracy and dashboard functionalityParticipate in weekly sprint planning and ensure necessary requirements are prepared in a timely fashionUpdate and maintain CHG's data dictionaryMaintain an inventory of BI dashboards,track usage and make recommendations regarding enhancements to frequently used dashboards or deleting dashboards that are infrequently usedDevelop BI product roadmap and work with stakeholders to execute the plansWork with project team to prepare necessary data,create dashboards,validate accuracy,train end users and roll-out projectsParticipate in data governance efforts and communicate business process changes as requiredAdditional responsibilities as assigned What You'll Bring:Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlinesExperience understanding complex business processes and developing project requirements documentationDemonstrated ability to create and execute product roadmapsExceptional written,verbal,and interpersonal communication skillsOutstanding planning,time management,and organizational skillsExcellent relationship building skillsAdvanced skills in PowerPoint,Excel and VisioBachelor's degree in business or technical field3+ years of work experience in product management or similar roleExperience working with waterfall and agile methodologies We are an Affirmative Action-Equal Opportunity EmployerMinorities-Women-Veterans-DisabledWe are an at-will employer PI99799048
