Job Title: Customer Service-Technical Solutions Specialist Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday, 8AM – 5 PM Required Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook · Ability to quickly learn and-or use computer programs and quilting machines and programs · Trouble-shooting and problem solving skills on mechanical and electronic systems · Strong organizational skills · Detail oriented · Strong time management skills · Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Job Duties: · Answers service calls politely and professionally on a daily basis · Takes on-call phone home on a rotating basis on assigned weeks and weekends, answers on-call phone after regular weekday hours until 8:00 pm, answers on-call phone on Saturday between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm · Listens to recorded conversations with lead-manager as a means to make phone conversations more efficient and professional in nature · Enters case reports with each call · Keeps track of open case reports and assures they are properly closed and have good follow-up with the quilter · Attends quilting classes to learn machine specifics to better help on service calls · Follows SOPs for case report creation and closure, answering phones, standard repairs and other processes as needed · Assists customer relations and education departments with technical questions and customers · Other duties as assigned
