Aftermarket Sales Representative

Rush Enterprises is the largest network of commercial vehicle dealerships in the US. We are looking for an Aftermarket Sales Account Executive. Within this consultative, solution-based sales position you will have two key responsibilities:

  • actively soliciting organizations that need a full-service partner for all their commercial vehicle maintenance; and .

  • maintaining and growing our relationship with local personnel of our National Account customers.

As part of our growth plan we are hiring senior and entry level Account Executives, Aftermarket Sales Representatives.

  • Experienced in b2b sales, very familiar with our industry and looking for the next step or an organization that has the infrastructure to provide all you need to reach the top.

  • Prefer College Graduate who is ready to learn our business, and eager to build and try new ways of engaging our customers.

Responsibilities

  1. Call on National Accounts and work with Rush Aftermarket National Accounts Sales Managers to promote account programs and process.

  2. Promote and sell Rush Rig Tough branded parts.

  3. Promote and sell Rush and OE special marketing programs.

  4. Promote and sell Rush Technology products including GeoTab, and Parts Link.

  5. Promote and sell Rush Labor Services as well as Parts.

  6. Prospect for new accounts/referrals which include compiling and updating a list of prospective clients to provide leads for additional business.

  7. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive account specific growth strategies.

  8. Service existing accounts and communicate with clients on a regular basis.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college preferred.

  • Experienced in b2b sales within our industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.
