          Kforce EDW Analyst in Salt Lake City Utah United States

          Our client is seeking an EDW Analyst for their Salt Lake City, Utah (UT) location.

          This position is responsible for:

          * Management of EDW applications production support, operations and configuration
          * Coordination of changes with other departments and enforcement of change management procedures within the department
          * Troubleshooting, training and support for Control-M and GoldenGate
          * Monitoring the TRM (CRM) application software, data, queries, and servers
          * Providing first line support for users (troubleshooting application issues and addressing application questions)
          * Providing user training
          * Documenting application issues and interfacing with the Teradata Global Support Center to resolve them
          * Interpreting business requirements and enhancement requests
          * Deploying metadata mapping fixes and enhancements
          * Managing application security and user privileges
