JOB SUMMARY: Provides support in functional areas of Human Resources and Recruiting. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage recruiting, advertising, interviewing, and hiring of Security Officers. Maintain all personnel files, information, and records. Runs criminal, credit, social security, and motor vehicle reports. Maintain current job openings list. Handle all unemployment cases including attending unemployment hearings. Manage I-9 documentation. Manage live and-or recorded Security Officer Basic Training. Manage employee terminations. Maintain good working relationship with project managers, area managers, and site supervisors. Manage employee information in HRIS. Other duties as assigned REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Customer service oriented. Attention to detail. Recruiting Experience. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. Two years college desired. LICENSES: NA EXPERIENCE: 2 - 4 years in Human Resources field.
