Manager Facilities Location: Salt Lake City, UT The Manager Facilities is responsible for planning, directing and overseeing building operations and services. The Facilities Manager also manages fulfillment, furniture, and supply requests and assists the HR Department handling confidential employee information as needed. As a Manager Facilities, a Typical Day Might Include the Following: Act as liaison between Company and Property Management on all building maintenance, security and other facility related issues. First point of contact on all building, employee workspace, office equipment and supply needs. First point of contact on facility related emergencies during or after business hours. Supervise and coordinate with vendors on building enhancements and repairs. Negotiate with outside vendor for supplies, repairs and other needs. Issue and audit security badge access for all employees and visitors. Tracks costs and oversees facilities budget on all office-break room supplies including furniture requests and reports to Finance. Process incoming and outgoing mail assuring lowest cost option. Oversees interoffice moves including redesign and office furniture orders. Maintain up-to-date 'Where Is' internal seat tracking application mapping out where employees sit, as well as conference, training room locations. Keep current org chart (company wide) Generate reports for management on current building seating occupancy status. Assist various departments with fulfillment requests as needed. Coordinate with vendors on building data-electrical work to meet Help Desk requests. Quarterly update "wall culture" employee picture frames throughout the building with photos from various inContact events. Maintain and manage on-site and off-site storage facilities. The ability to communicate cross functionally and with all levels of staff both verbally and written. Evaluate, develop, and provide direction and supervision of the facilities support staff. Provide leadership to individuals on team(s) through coaching, feedback, development goals, and performance management. Prioritize, assign and manage department activities and projects in accordance with the Operations department's goals and objectives. Adjust hours of work, priorities and staff assignments to ensure efficient operation, based on workload. Responsible for compliance to all facility regulations. Member of the CERT Team. Manage maintenance over printers to include ensure cartridges and paper is adequate Assure HR-Facility area is an internal service organization to inContact. To Land This Gig You'll Need: High school diploma or equivalent, (Bachelors Degree in Business area or the equivalent experience preferred). 6+ years in facility management task (vednor relations, cost analysis, and office management) Proficient in all Micorosft Office Products to include VISIO.
