          Description: The Morton Salt Grantsville team is seeking an experienced engineer with extensive experience in production management.

          Job Summary: Oversees the safe and efficient operation of one or more production areas within the manufacturing facility. Plans, directs, and controls all aspects of the manufacturing process such as environmental compliance, production/processing, quality control and maintenance. Accountable for Mill, Loading, and Warehousing operations.

          Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

          1: Ensures Environmental, Health and Safety performance and compliance.
          2: Manages area budget/cost, volume and quality.
          3: Participates in capital budget and portfolio management.
          4: Responsible for developing and managing the shift schedule for supervisors and foreman.
          5: Participates in production and maintenance coordination.

          Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering or other related technical degree. Minimum of 10 years manufacturing experience, including a minimum of three years
          Preferred Requirements: Minimum of five years of management experience.
