Technology Integration Analyst Location: Salt Lake City, UT The Technology Integration Analyst is a partner-customer-facing, position chartered with engaging iCE (inCloud Eco-system) and Technology partners in a consultative capacity and providing specialized expertise on opportunities for integration of their products with the inContact portfolio. When viable opportunities are identified, the Technology Integration Analyst will assist potential partners with the exploration of these integrations. This position, will be responsible for both technical and business tasks including managing partner expectations and satisfaction, answering questions in the partner developer forum, recommending best practices for utilization of inContact APIs, and partnering with other internal teams; development, partner support and partner advocates to ensure the success of all assigned partner engagements. Partner interaction will be done primarily over the phone and-or via WebEx, with face to face meetings as deemed necessary and-or appropriate. This position is responsible for the success of our Technology and Ecosystem Partners . Here are some additional details to help you decide if this is the right opportunity for you: A Typical Day Might Include the Following: Coach Partners with any API or other questions regarding integration of their product(s) with the inContact portfolio. Review customers software code and-or inContact IVR scripts and understand its outcomes (you will not be coding but may be assisting with the development cycle). Assist partners with proof of concepts and-or product code integration with inContact APIs and our IVR scripting tool (Studio)4. Assist with Partners with their release documentation as it relates to integration of the Partners code. Assist with QA efforts by reporting back to inContact R&D as needed to ensure partners requirements are properly prioritized and worked. Maintain a relationship with the inContact partner advocate team to ensure partner needs are supported beyond the immediate scope of the Partner Expert role. Assist Partners and customers with questions that are raised in the developer forum To land this gig you will need: To be able to prove that you can take a problem and represent it in an Object-Oriented Design while calling out assumptions, discussing design alternatives and considering non-functional aspects of the system (e.g. Performance, Maintainability etc.). To demonstrate basic knowledge of Database basics such as joins, constraints, stored procedures etc. The ability to communicate confidently and effectively with Partners and Customers. The knowledge of the Software Lifecycle (Agile, SCRUM) including requirements gathering, development activities, QA etc. To present a professional image in conduct, attitude and attire. Skills that will give you an advantage: Have knowledge and-or experience working with multiple programming languages (C#, Java, PHP, JavaScript, Ruby, Apex, Python, etc.) Experience with Telecommunication solutions and-or implementations Demonstrate fantastic communication skills such that we are confident that you will not only adapt and work well with a software engineering team, but excel in a collaborative team environment. Experience Required: 10+ years of customer engagement and industry experience beyond education requirements above. 4-5 years of experience with ICE Partners products and technologies. 1-3 yeras of experience in Contact-Call Centers or Technical & Customer Support operations.
