Job Functions - Responsibilities - Drive sales growth through aggressive dealer and customer visits in coordination with District Parts Managers, promoting part sales, programs, systems and marketing plans for the bus and public sector market segments. - Develop a close working relationship with dealer parts and service teams to accomplish parts sales goals and dealer program participation goals while maintaining network consistency. - Work with Dealer Principal and dealer management to serve as consultant to dealers' parts and service business growth-profitability. - Train dealer personnel on key initiatives, programs and systems. - Assist dealer personnel in identifying and developing key accounts. - Act as liaison between dealer, Company Parts Division and other Company Divisions in resolving issues related to bus and public sector market segments, as needed in close coordination with Company Parts field teams. - 75% travel required. - Other projects as assigned. Skills & Abilities - 3 Years sales experience. Experience selling new - used commercial vehicles or experience selling in a similar market preferred. - Must have strong sales process skills i.e. customer targeting, prospecting, cold - warm calling and field sales visits. - Able to read, write and speak Spanish desirable. - Understanding of dealership operations desirable. - Knowledge of equipment financing options and processes preferred. - Must be self-motivated and persistent. - Must have strong communication skills. - BA-BS degree in finance, business or related field preferred but not required. - Computer literate.
