At Sole Solution, we work with Media Companies (Radio, TV, Newspaper) across the country to train and support their sales teams in their effort to sell digital marketing services to their local SMBs. As an Account Executive, you'll build relationships with the local sales teams and help them with a consultative selling approach to build relationships with SMBs. Help with the complete sales cycle from start to finish, from prospecting to media planning to client retention. Local businesses are quickly shifting marketing dollars from offline to online as they realize the power of the Internet to reach new customers. Some of the services you will be offering to SMBs: • Search Engine Optimization (Google & Bing Ranking) • Search Engine Marketing (PPC) • Display Advertising (Banner Advertising) • Social Media Marketing, Reputation Management and Analytics. • Website & Mobile site development Responsibilities • Sell digital marketing packages by implementing sales plans and supervising channel sales funnels • Work closely with media partners to train sales reps in local markets • Host online sales presentations for prospective clients • Seek out and work with new media partners to further expand our selling capacity • Assist team with managing customer client relationships • Help sales team achieve sales goals • Find and implement new sales strategies • Manage communications with sales reps and clients effectively through email and by phone Position Details • Full Time in Woods Cross, UT office • Pay is based on experience $30,000 - $40,000 + commissions • Benefits for Full-time employment o Health, Dental, Vision, Life and 401(k) benefits. o Paid Time Off o Possibility for advancement o Great working environment Position Requirements: • Sales Experience: 1-3 years managing client relationships with a high-volume environment. • Experience working with digital marketing, software, or technology • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals • Strong written and verbal skills • Bachelor's Degree Preferred Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
