The challenge Adobe consumes a large number of Public Cloud services from a variety of providers. To ensure we maximize our investment and deliver high quality solutions several key business groups must coordinate and align. This role will be a central facilitator for Security, Architecture, Operations, Engineering, and Compliance. Multi-Cloud Program Architect We are looking for a dynamic self-starter with a technical expertise in SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and more specifically AWS, Azure, Rackspace, IBM and similar technologies. A proven track record of program delivery and exceptional communication skills is absolutely required. This individual should be passionate about developing and driving guidelines and best practices. This role will drive a variety of initiatives across multiple teams. About Technical Operations Adobe Technical Operations supports the Adobe Marketing Cloud's design, delivery, and operation. A global team of almost 400 smart, passionate people work with Development and Product Management to balance scope, quality, and time to market for our industry leading SaaS solutions. Our multiple groups include Security, Networking, Storage, Data Center Operations, 24x7 Global Operations Center, Site Reliability, and Application Development. Technical Operations develops, uses and supports a wide variety of technologies which includes a collection of organic and acquired products and services. We focus on building services that Development and Operations can reuse to encourage speed, consistency and value creation. With a global presence, spread across Public Cloud, Colocation, and our own Data Center, we collect, process, and serve tens of billions of transactions daily. What you'll do Service Provider Selection - work with internal and external providers to build or buy tools and services to better utilize and secure our Cloud investments. Product Management and Roadmap Prioritization - gather and articulate gaps in existing or functionality of new features needed by Adobe and work with architecture, engineering and program management to ensure requirements are included in planned product updates. Service On-boarding - enable new teams with the resources, training, and people connections they need for successful cloud operation. Vendor Liaison - Act as a point of contact between Adobe and cloud partners coordinating priorities and needs. Operational Guidance - ensure teams are operating to Adobe standards regarding security, tagging, logging, and account structure. Hosting platform migration - Assist teams across Adobe in migration to-from various cloud partners. What you need to succeed Ability to quickly develop rapport and credibility with a diverse & global team Implementation, revision and execution of programs Articulation to key stakeholders on programs, offerings, service provision Initiation of vision and guidelines to enable Operations organization and its employees to develop, contribute and deliver on the organization's strategic mission Experience protecting and maximizing the investment in the organization's services Identification and coordination of new opportunities that support organizational objectives Bachelors degree with relevant experience relating to Software Engineering, Systems Administration or other related field. MBA a plus. 10-15+ years of experience in the technology sector - Software, SaaS, IT Preferred experience working with cloud providers like AWS, Azure and Google.
