Job Description Summary Carry out procedures to ensure that all applications under test (AUT) meet organizational standards and end-user requirements. Thoroughly test software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. It is important for this candidate to hold the highest level of commitment to automated testing, product quality, and agile methodologies to help guide the team as it continues to grow. What Part Will You Play? * Analyze product requirements and create test cases. * UI and White Box test cases. * Analyze failure from regression. What Are We Looking For in This Role? Minimum Qualifications : * Bachelor's Degree * Relevant Experience or Degree in: Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or related field; additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered * Typically Minimum 6+ Years Relevant Exp * Bankcard industry knowledge Mandatory Skills: * OOPS Concept * Basic SQL * Any unit testing framework(NUnit-MSTEST-JUNIT) * Any code repository knowledge * Agile - Scrum experience * Automation concepts (UI automation, API-White box testing) * Proficiency in at least one GUI automation tool * Hands on experience on TFS for continuous code integration Expectations: * Multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously * Prioritize and coordinate all performance testing activities in an independent manner * Analyze architectural, navigational, and hardware design documents-diagrams and utilize in load testing design and execution * Team player, open-minded, and flexible * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * High attention to detail * Strong interpersonal skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient in creating high-level test plans, detailed test cases, and test automation * Web services, client-server, and Web-based testing experience * Abili ty to function as a liaison between the business, technical, and operational areas * Understanding of business issues and data challenges within the insurance industry * Work productively on an independent basis and as part of a team * Recognize areas for improvement in internal processes and provide solutions * Ability to identify and resolve critical issues with ease Not Ready to Apply?
