Myriad Genetics, Inc. Associate Product Manager in Salt Lake City, Utah

Myriad Genetics is seeking an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our Dermatology Business Unit. With oversight from the Product Manager, the APM will assist in management of all aspects of marketing programs for the myPath Melanoma product. Additionally, the APM will help plan, monitor and execute marketing tactics and oversee aspects of educational and promotional activities.

  • Initiative execution and monitoring to include:

  • Convention strategy and implementation

  • Physician speaker coordination and tracking

  • Logistics and planning for various advisory boards and meetings

  • Strategy/Market Evaluation

  • Gathering, collating and evaluating market research

  • Monitoring competitive activity and clinical landscape

  • Assists with and executes sales/market tool development and implementation

  • Tracks internal and external resources on tactical initiatives for ROI

  • Monitors expenditures to marketing budget and maintains the requisition database

  • Cross-functional support and communication

  • Executes support for Business Unit sales activities

  • Assists with and executes sales/market tool development, implementation and presentation

  • Coordinate with sales trainer for content development for new and existing sales personnel

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, business or science related field

  • 2-3 years of marketing experience or equivalent

  • Strong communication and writing skills

  • Highly organized and efficient with great attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects at once

  • Ability to learn concepts and tasks quickly and accurately

  • Knowledge and proficiency with electronic and information systems

  • Moderate travel will be required
