What You Will Be Doing
Manage a small group of support specialist and applications engineers
Hire new team members, plan and coordinate team priorities, and general management of the team.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer support inquiries and problems
Inquiries may include: hardware and software questions, product functionality issues, applications deployment, integration issues and technical problems.
Receive and manage cases escalated from Support Specialists that require additional skills/abilities to resolve.
Utilize and execute knowledge of products and procedures to investigate, diagnose, assign and resolve issues efficiently.
Implement management policies and operation practices
What You Need for this Position
Qualified candidates should have experience with most or some of the following:
Technical Customer Support (Hardware/Software preferred)
