Integral part of the Operations Team, generating item batch records, following SOP's and control procedures for issuing, verification and supporting area quality & productivity targets, ensuring all documentation creating and review meetings GMP standards. Role supports the Operations function of manufacture to ensure batch records are accurately raised in a timely manner, reviewed and organised to meet area quality & productivity targets. Overall ensuring batch documentation is accurate to support timely release of the batch through the supply chain. Use of TDS-Master Control-JDE to generate and review documentation. Identifying batch record improvements to support RFT and batch release through the RFS team. Key Challenges: Compliance: Batch records are accurately raised for manufacture. Version numbers, unique work order and lot numbers and QA sign off. Batch records are reviewed to highlight errors before RFS to support release of product with a accurate and fully completed batch record to meet regulatory requirements. Computer control of the batch records, no documentation is stored locally on PC's or Laptops to ensure the latest version of the controlled document is in use. Maintaining compliance and regulatory control versus velocity challenges of the factory. Customer Service: Efficient creation and release of batch records in a timely manner to meet production schedules and changes. Review of the batch record to support RFT and first time release from the RFS team to support customer service. Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with manufacturing areas and other support functions. Tracking RFT errors to support improvement of the KPI Tracking velocity to support manufacturing lead time reduction. Failure in role impacts on customer service, potential stock write off and regulatory compliance. A fantastic opportunity is available for you to join our Operations team . This role is responsible in: Raise all batch records and gain approval through QA in a timely manner to support manufacturing of the items at the scheduled time. Review of batch records prior to RFS to ensure accuracy and RFT of the batch record. Use SAP-Master Control & TDS to verify version numbers, work order numbers and quantities needed on the batch record prior to issuing. Work closely with department managers and supervisors to ensure batch records are created to meet changes in manufacturing schedules. Track RFS errors for the department and work with area managers and supervisors to reduce errors in improved documentation layout or processes. Prompt training and competency of new SOP's & documentation is conducted to appropriate level. Track manufacturing velocity of work orders and lead times through the process to support continuous improvement of process time to help reduce supply chain lead time. Batch Documents where required are maintained and improved, in the TDS system, to support compliance and operational effectiveness. Is this You? Expected to be educated to High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have good numeracy and literaturacy skills, at least GCSE in English and Maths. Expected to have at least 2 years experience working in a Supply environment in a role using or generating documentation. Role requires sound knowledge of master control documentation for product area of responsibility but training can be given.
